Position Highlights :Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages pediatrics to geriatrics
Diagnose and treat chronic and acute conditions with continuity of care
Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
Partner closely with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider
Enjoy light call coverage supported by RN triage
Optional teaching roles available (mentoring med students, NP/PA students)
Opportunity to participate in hospital medicine , leadership , or administrative tracks

Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Required

Base Salary : $250,000 $260,000, based on experience
Productivity Incentives : Earn additional compensation from Day 1
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $75,000 , paid with first paycheck
