Perform thorough assessments to create a comfortable and encouraging environment for residents. Implement Treatment Plans:
Assist in executing treatment plans designed by our Occupational Therapist, ensuring therapy sessions are effective and beneficial. Therapeutic Interventions:
Administer therapeutic interventions to promote growth and improvement in daily activities. Resident Engagement:
Participate in activities that celebrate residents' achievements and foster a collaborative atmosphere. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to maintain a supportive and cohesive therapy environment. Documentation:
Accurately document progress notes, highlighting the accomplishments and improvements of each resident. Qualifications:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
Must hold a valid certification and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care. Experience:
Previous experience in occupational therapy assistance, with a focus on creating positive therapy experiences. Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals. Communication Skills:
