Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Dates: ASAP- 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch, Mon-Fri

up to 16 patients per day

EMR: EPIC

Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.

Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

Certifications: BC, WA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, Covid and Flu vaccine

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
