Hours: 7.5 hours per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to be a vital member of our dynamic team at E-Therapy. Under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SLPA will play a key role in delivering speech and language therapy services, assisting students in enhancing their communication skills and reaching their speech and language milestones in a supportive and engaging setting.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by a supervising SLP. Target areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills in therapy sessions. Support the implementation of individualized therapy plans and track student progress. Assist with documentation, data collection, and preparation of therapy materials. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational team members to support students' communication goals. Ensure compliance with state regulations and school procedures. Participate in necessary supervision and training. Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities to foster speech and language development. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to optimize student outcomes. Accurately document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other pertinent information in a timely manner. Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric setting is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program. Active SLPA license or certification in California (or eligibility to obtain). Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy and documentation. Bilingual skills and teletherapy experience are a plus! Benefits:
