Your Responsibilities Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient contexts and create personalized treatment strategies. Deliver focused physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and overall function. Work in collaboration with a diverse team including nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and prescribed home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to provide cohesive treatment plans. Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Certifications Required

Active state licensure as a

Physical Therapist . CPR certification is a plus. Additional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory. Key Skills
