is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Assistant Director of Food Services

to join our team at our skilled nursing facility located in Vauxhaul, NJ. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensure compliance with dietary regulations, and help maintain a high standard of meal quality and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Director of Food Services in managing the dietary department Supervise food preparation and meal service to ensure quality, taste, and presentation Ensure all meals meet nutritional standards and individual dietary requirements Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen budget Train, schedule, and supervise dietary staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulations Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on resident dietary needs and changes Participate in quality assurance programs and inspections Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care food service setting Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to food service in healthcare ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Benefits:
