. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional program execution and ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk management standards.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager job responsibilities include:
Manage large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with VP and executive-level stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics. Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment across workstreams. Identify and mitigate program-level risks while ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards. Drive governance processes, including steering committees and audit readiness, and deliver executive-level status updates. Work closely with business analysts, product owners, engineers, compliance teams, and vendors to ensure program success. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years of program/project management experience, ideally within financial services or the mortgage industry. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, enterprise-level programs with strong risk and compliance oversight. Pay Details:
$53.00 to $60.00 per hour
