Support Project Managers in day-to-day operations on custom residential projects averaging $1.8M Assist with project documentation, coordination, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and procurement Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Work onsite and in-office, collaborating closely with clients, PMs, and subcontractors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
0-2+ years of relevant experience (construction degree preferred) Experience with residential construction preferred; open to candidates with commercial construction backgrounds, especially those familiar with structured processes and documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Buildertrend experience a plus (but not required) What's on Offer
Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience Healthcare, short & long-term disability IRA & 401(k) plan Paid holidays & vacation Company vehicle or allowance Potential $5,000 relocation assistance
