Job Title : Business Systems Analyst w/ AI

Job Title: Business Analyst - GenAI We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in AI tools, including GenAI, GPT-4, and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI-driven systems and a deep understanding of RAG (Retrieve and Generate) architectures.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze data using SQL, access tables, run queries, and interpret data to drive actionable insights. Act as an advocate for AI technologies, utilizing GenAI, GPT-4, and other AI tools daily to support business needs. Collaborate with teams to design and develop systems based on RAG (Retrieve and Generate) methodologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Have a strong understanding of Knowledge Graphs and how they relate to AI systems, particularly within the context of RAG-based solutions. Work alongside technical teams to design, implement, and refine AI-driven business solutions. Support the development of RAG-based systems, with a focus on optimizing performance and enhancing user experience.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with GenAI, GPT-4, and other similar AI tools. In-depth knowledge of RAG architecture and its application to business solutions. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data. Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain AI-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred:
Prior experience working on AI-driven systems, especially within the context of RAG-based applications. Familiarity with Knowledge Graphs and their role in AI-driven solutions.
