Your Responsibilities: As our Electrical and Instrumentation Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our electrical and instrumentation equipment. Some of your essential duties will include: Inspecting, testing, adjusting, calibrating, and repairing various electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments. Monitoring meters, indicators, and gauges to identify any irregularities. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of operations software and hardware. Conducting preventive maintenance on all control instrumentation. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. Completing work order cycles, documenting work performed, tracking time, and maintaining equipment history. Diagnosing potential issues with plant electrical equipment. Performing cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments as necessary. Laying out, installing, and commissioning electrical equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, promoting good housekeeping practices. Utilizing multi-craft skills to fulfill additional maintenance tasks as needed. Who You Are: You possess the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is preferred. Over 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. A collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to optimize equipment performance, minimizing downtime. Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo, and Frequency Drives. A professional demeanor with a commitment to teamwork. Strong focus on safety and adherence to workplace safety procedures. Willingness to maintain a tidy workplace and support good housekeeping practices.
