Qualifications
we are looking for these profiles are: 4+ years of experience in Linux system administration, security engineering, or DevSecOps. Proficiency in Linux system internals, access control models, package and service management, and log analysis. Experience with FedRAMP, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or similar compliance and regulatory standards. Hands-on skills in DevSecOps tools and methodologies, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI, GitLab Pipelines). Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages. Strong understanding of container security and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. Ability to produce clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Nice to Have: Experience supporting security audits and implementing remediation plans. Familiarity with security benchmarks such as CIS Controls or DISA STIGs. Security certifications like Linux+, GSEC, OSCP, or CISSP.
