Director of Food & Beverage

About the Role

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading all aspects of the hotel's food & beverage operation-from daily service excellence to long-term strategic planning. This is a

hands-on leadership role

ideal for someone who is equally comfortable on the floor coaching a team, managing financial performance, and collaborating on innovative guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all restaurant and bar outlets (front- and back-of-house). Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolving any issues with urgency and care. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing, service-focused team. Conduct administrative duties such as payroll, inventory management, and financial reporting. Ensure health, sanitation, and safety standards are met and exceeded. Support marketing efforts and help promote the hotel's dining outlets within the local community. Partner with Method Co. to maintain brand standards across all F&B touchpoints. Analyze sales and financial performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Participate in broader hotel operations and act as an on-property leader. Build rapport with guests, groups, and repeat clientele to drive loyalty and satisfaction. Who You Are

A confident and compassionate leader with strong communication and motivational skills. Experienced in both back- and front-of-house restaurant operations, preferably in a lifestyle hotel or high-volume setting. Comfortable making quick decisions and thriving under pressure. Passionate about food, drink, and creating experiences that connect people. Known for your collaborative, "all hands on deck" leadership style. Familiar with Atlanta's F&B landscape or excited to become part of it. Working Conditions

Must be able to stand/walk, bend, lift (50 lbs), and navigate a fast-paced, multi-level environment for extended periods. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Perks & Benefits
