Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust ServiceNow applications and platform services aligned with enterprise needs and Now Create methodology.
Lead the development and configuration of key ServiceNow modules, including:
Catalog Items, Workflows, Tables, Fields, and Forms
Instance Patch Management, Configuration Reviews
CMDB data models and integrations
Collaborate with System Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects to support full application lifecycle - from requirements gathering through deployment.
Perform advanced platform customizations using JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
Support DevOps and Agile SDLCs, providing technical solutions that follow secure coding and design patterns.
Guide and mentor junior developers and system administrators in platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Participate in ServiceNow instance architecture design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Assist with incident resolution and release planning in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical leads.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing ServiceNow applications in an enterprise setting. Expertise in Now Create methodology and ITSM/ESM module implementation. Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, and building custom client-server or cloud-based ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of relational databases, CMDB structures, and integration with IT systems. Experience with modern development practices: Agile, DevOps, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall. Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, secure coding principles, and platform design patterns. Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly as applied within ServiceNow. Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher
