Job Description: We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team supporting enterprise IT service management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and solutions that align with strategic business needs.
Responsibilities: Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services. Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution as needed. Collaborate with Business Analysts to estimate effort for release-level activities. Provide mentoring and guidance to ServiceNow System Administrators. Take ownership of complex business requirements through to completion. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Proficient in the Now Create methodology. Strong experience in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. Advanced ServiceNow System Administration skills, including: List/Form/Navigation Pane configuration Catalog Item creation and maintenance Workflow development and updates Configuration reviews and audits Instance patch and upgrade management Table and field creation/management
Experience developing software aligned with SDLC practices (Agile, DevOps, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall). Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles. Proven experience in application development using: JavaScript and AngularJS Web services (REST/SOAP) CSS and front-end design Client-server, middleware, web, mobile, or cloud platforms
Experience with relational databases and data modeling, including CMDBs. Working knowledge of ITIL best practices and implementation.
