Provider Enrollment Specialist

Who we need:

The

Provider Enrollment Specialist

will be responsible for Provider Enrollment activities and support; focus is on healthcare providers Medicaid enrollment activity and on processing new applications and re-validation procedures pertaining to applications and ensuring enrollment process support for providers.

In addition to the responsibilities of the

Provider Enrollment

Specialist

you will collaborate and support the team to the successful desired outcomes ensuring the team meets all Federal, State and Agency guidelines and service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

Process large amounts of Medicaid provider enrollment applications. Assess provider's requirements, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. As the need arises, manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to Medicaid provider enrollment inquiries. Document all provider enrollment inquiries in the call center and/or provider enrollment database. Ensure the enrollment application process meets all compliance and process expectations. Perform all duties as outlined and required to meet all productivity, quality, and customer service expectations. Maintain availability during client business hours, regardless of time zone differences, to ensure seamless support and service delivery. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Meet or exceed all outlined and required expectations for role and performance. Minimum Requirements:

Two (2) years minimum experience in a customer service support role and/or data entry role surrounding medical billing or medical credentialing or healthcare insurance industry. Provider enrollment a plus. Prior experience handling Medicaid related calls is desired. Ability to work in our onsite office/remote hours in Tallahassee, FL. Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements. Two (2) years minimum experience with Medicaid provider functions. Two (2) years minimum experience Medicaid or Medicare guidelines. Desired skills:

Experience with provider enrollment processes and requirements for CMS Federal and State Guidelines related to enrollment and reenrollment policies. Ability to work independently and make sound and timely decisions. Data Entry Experience Basic experience with a Microsoft Windows environment including Microsoft Excel. Customer Service Experience Strong Communication Skills Strong Multi-tasking Skills Call Center Experience Preferred Medical Office Experience Preferred

At HHS Technology Group (HTG) compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to a candidate's education, training, industry specific experience, technological background, personal skills, expected quality and quantity of work, external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay structure and internal tier alignment. Annual salary is just one aspect of HTG's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
