Verbatim Pharma is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of clinical packaging projects, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery. While experience in clinical packaging is ideal, we are also open to candidates with relevant backgrounds in labelling, documentation, and batch record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Manage the day-to-day activities of clinical packaging projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project goals are met.
Client and Internal Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and achieved.
Packaging and Labelling Oversight:
Support the development of packaging designs, labelling layouts, and component selection based on project needs and study protocols.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, ensuring it meets regulatory and quality standards.
Inventory and Materials Management:
Coordinate the sourcing and tracking of packaging materials and assist with inventory monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Audit Support:
Facilitate client communications, support audits, and ensure continuous adherence to quality practices.
Location: On-site, Full Time (5 days per week)
Qualifications:
Experience in clinical packaging, labelling, batch record writing, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
