About Hostclick

Host Click Inc. is a boutique cloud infrastructure provider specializing in high-performance hosting solutions, customized connectivity services, and tailored technology environments. We support demanding clients across the Americas and Europe — including media platforms, software providers, and global digital services — who rely on our infrastructure to run mission-critical systems at scale.

We run over 400 servers across key locations and offer a unique environment: small team, big impact. We're not a corporate labyrinth — we're a tech-driven company with real clients, complex challenges, and a flat structure, where you'll work side-by-side with the CEO and have visibility into everything.

The Role

This role is based in Miami, with responsibility for overseeing infrastructure operations in both our Los Angeles and Miami locations — Miami being our headquarters and home to our main datacenter.

We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset, strong ownership, and the desire to work across multiple functions. You’ll manage projects, get your hands dirty with real infrastructure, talk directly with customers and providers, and help shape how we scale. If you're the kind of person who loves building, fixing, improving, and learning every day — you'll thrive here.

You’ll report directly to the CEO, be part of all key decisions, and have the freedom and trust to make things happen. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow with the company and isn't afraid to take the lead. We need someone autonomous, with strong self-initiative, who can take charge without being micromanaged.

What You'll Do Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure and software projects end-to-end.

Define milestones, allocate resources, lead weekly check-ins, and ensure delivery.

Keep documentation clear and track progress, risks, and blockers.

Communication & Coordination

Work closely with:

Clients

Providers and vendors

Partner companies supporting our customers

Internal technical teams

Negotiate priorities, timelines, and agreements with a problem-solving mindset.

Technical Hands-On

Step in where needed to support or troubleshoot:

Infrastructure configuration (on-premise and cloud)

Monitoring and alerting systems

Hardware deployment and setup

Software installs and automation

Hardware procurement and logistics

Be a technical reference point and bridge between engineering, ops, and business.

What We're Looking For

Someone who loves doing a bit of everything and doesn’t want to be boxed into a narrow role.

You’re technically capable, love talking to people, and take ownership naturally.

You know how to move fast without breaking things.

You work well with little supervision and thrive in dynamic environments.

You’re fluent in English and Spanish and can communicate clearly with tech and non-tech people alike.

Requirements

Proven experience in tech project management

(infra, networking, software, or DevOps).

Solid technical background and willingness to jump into hands-on tasks.

Fluent in English and Spanish

(written and spoken).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.

Comfortable working across time zones and juggling different priorities.

Work Culture & Expectations

Full-time, on-demand availability — meaning flexibility when urgent things come up (including weekends if needed).

We always try to plan work smartly, so personal time is respected and chaos is avoided.

You'll have autonomy but also direct access to decision-making.

Some days will be light; others will be full-on. You'll never be bored.

Ideal for someone who wants to work hard, learn fast, and make a real impact — without corporate bureaucracy.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
