The Business Analyst, Donor Services will utilize United Way of Greater Cincinnati's CRM System to manage donation processing function, including pledge, micro-campaign, sponsorship, grant, designation, and payout processing.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Donor Services Management
Support campaign processing including processing of pledges, payments, designations and payouts. Proactively coordinate with other teams to allow for planning and appropriate communication on campaign activities while fostering effective working relationships with Resource Development, Technology (IT), donors and other personnel throughout the organization. Develop and maintain updated policies and procedures. Lead all aspects of donation and payment processing in the CRM system including individual, corporate, grant and sponsorship contributions along with donor designations. Review and approve monthly direct bill invoice and periodic tax receipt documents to be sent to UWGC donors. Serve as the main point of contact for questions from internal and external parties (including donors, other United Ways, and external agencies) regarding the processing and recording of donations, payments, and payouts. Processing and Operational Oversight
Support Marketing and Resource Development to develop donation materials in compliance with United Way of Greater Cincinnati policies. Provide insight to Resource Development and Finance staff as needed on key topics as it relates to CRM updates, process improvements, etc. Identify opportunities for process improvement enhancements and implement. Work with the Community Impact area to prepare correspondence for designations including other United Ways and non-profit agencies regarding donor intent and payouts Initiate the payout process with the Accounts Payable department for donor designations from the CRM system in compliance with United Way Worldwide standards. Support account reconciliations for donor designation liabilities accounts. Donation Processing System
Assist in development and implementation of CRM system reports and procedures. Actively participate in working group calls with UWGC technology professionals and external consultants regarding updates and improvements to the CRM system. Core Finance Duties
Assist with campaign distribution designation budget preparation. Assist with Resource Development and Finance annual donation projections review. COMPETENCIES:

JOB RELATIONSHIPS WITH:
Serves as financial leader over core customer relationship platform in donation and payment processing roles; Interacts with team members at all levels of the organization, donors, staff of other United Ways and agency partners, CRM user groups and other vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a business environment. Salesforce-CRM or similar CRM system experience required. BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting or equivalent advanced training preferred. Prior experience in a non-profit or philanthropy environment preferred. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and the like. Extended viewing of computer monitor. In office 4 days per week, with option to work remotely one day per week. Occasional local travel to events within the regional area. SALARY:
$68,000 plus competitive benefits package
