The Principal reports and works in cooperation with the Assistant Director and the Director in all aspects of their duties.
The duties include but are not limited to:
A. Implementation and supervision of staff adherence to Governing Board Policies and Procedures.
B. Evaluation of teachers and paraprofessionals.
C. Chairperson for Extended IEP and IEP meetings.
D. Contribute to the district's goals and objectives and supervise implementation of these within the assigned program.
E. Attend and participate in administrative staff meetings.
F. Monitor student progress in academic and social emotional goals.
G. Supervise completion of lesson plans according to program guidelines.
H. Facilitate implementation of curriculum that meets Common Core Standards.
I. Supervise and participate in safe physical management according to district guidelines.
J. Prepares monthly report for board packet including but not limited to: attendance, physical management report, montly program update and current enrollment.
