The scrum work to be led is linked to bringing data into a data lake. They have data being brought to the data lake - demand from the business to build solutions w data. Need to scale the business to meet that demand
-Ideal candidate will have AGILE experience, has data warehouse development, data migrations, data work previously - 5-10 years of experience ideally
-Experience w SAFE and Agile planning
-Certified Scrum Master Cert is a strong nice to have!
-The right candidate will be a self-starter, motivated, will have STRONG COMMUNICATIONS exp, PRESENTATIONS skills and HANDS ON!
-Client and Manufacturing experience is a VERY STRONG NICE TO HAVE!
-SUPER PROFESSIONAL A Level candidate who will be working with teams all throughout the business
-Strong facilitation and consensus building experience - someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues and blockers!
-BS degree required for this role
-Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Office Suite including PowerPoint - MUST HAVES!
-Anticipate keep this CW on through the end of the FY25 - if strong, can be extended further

There will be some onboarding, but this person will be running the scrum ceremonies by themselves w the product owner and with the team - on point to facilitate If the person has strong organizational/PM/Scrum experience then the experience could be either Data Lake or Data Warehousing - they need to have and be familiar w the data life cycle - waterfallish! Data Lake environment - generally MS Azure and Data Bricks and Power BI will help This role is 90% Scrum/Agile - in general there will be PM related skills that leadership is looking for 3-5 years of Data projects experience - the more the better! A tech person who is software tech/engineer and now moving into Scrum and PM experience, they would want to see someone like this They are supporting the business and have various teams - finance data, supply chain data, commercial data - types of efforts that this person would be leading would be getting data into the lake, and through a medallion architecture in Data Bricks (bronze, gold, silver) and think of use case - why would finance use it? Would they send data to 3rd party? Data for reports? Travel for the role - they have quarterly onsite meetings for a couple of days in HQ.
