Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Bars & Restaurants to oversee the operations of our bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Conduct ongoing training for the restaurants and bars staffs, fostering a positive and efficient work environment through mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and implement creative beverage menus and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, and Marketing team to plan promotions and support special events.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in beverage and restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Must be able to obtain the LA responsible vendor card. Design, implement, and continuously refine the hotel's beverage program, including wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. Align the beverage program with the hotel's brand, target clientele, and culinary direction Conduct regular training on service standards, product knowledge, and responsible alcohol service. Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet revenue and cost targets. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, and Marketing team to align goals and drive business success.
