Technical Project Manager (Contract through December 5, 2025)
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our client's IT Infrastructure team. This role will focus on managing several key infrastructure initiatives, including: Upgrades to existing datacenter switches and servers Build-out of a new datacenter (network infrastructure and servers) Firewall migrations from an office location to the datacenter Wave planning for application modernization and migration from a local datacenter to Azure (includes virtual machine upgrades and PaaS migrations) IPSec tunnel migrations Office relocation for approximately 200 employees Requirements
Expert-level experience with Jira , including advanced project tracking and reporting ITIL 4 and/or PMP certification Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure tools and platforms, including:
VMware Azure Virtualization Platform as a Service (e.g., SQL Managed Instance) SQL database management Firewalls and networking Hub-and-spoke network architecture
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills, with the ability to document and maintain initiative-related materials Experience managing external vendors and coordinating business unit testing Demonstrated success in wave planning and executing complex IT projects in enterprise environments Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables Support testing and validation efforts during application and infrastructure migrations
