Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver effective treatment for mental health conditions utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods. Track treatment responses systematically and monitor patients for any changes in symptoms or side effects. Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Active and unrestricted licensing (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in Florida. Eligibility for enrollment as a provider in the Medicare program or the ability to terminate opt-out prior to starting. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience providing behavioral health services post-master's degree. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, EHRs). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness. The salary range for this position is $53,800 to $114,300 annually, based on full-time employment. Pay may vary based on local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
