Your role as a Licensed Clinical Therapist will involve treating a variety of mental health conditions. You'll benefit from a range of organizational support, ensuring you can focus on providing the best patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and assessments for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Utilize evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to provide effective treatment.
Monitor treatment responses, tracking clinical symptoms and any side effects or complications.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling discipline.
An active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Florida.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of post-master’s degree experience providing behavioral health services.
Expertise in delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
Proficiency in using computer systems for professional communication and medical documentation.
Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
The salary range for this role is $53,800 to $114,300 annually for full-time employment, influenced by various factors such as experience and local labor markets. If you live in Florida, this position requires an AHCA Level II background check, including fingerprinting, which needs to be renewed every five years.
