Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1According to sampling plan and inspection standard, random inspect the products before packing; 2According to audit plan, do the products audit; 3Responsible for final inspection of the products;4Responsible for daily quality data entry to keep the record updated ; 5Verify the non-conforming products and batches occurred during the process and propose suggestions and comments; 6Supervise and check test record, and recheck products so as to ensure the implementation of quality discipline. 7Establish and maintain production reserved sample, defection sample and limit sample; 8Prepare product audit and process audit specification and, after approval, organize its implementation; 9Prepare product audit and process audit plan, implement, track and feed back the implementation and the removal of nonconforming items; 10Participate in product review of samples during new product development, quality gate review before mass production and the process review; 11Participate in the process audit, internal audit and external audit organized by the company; 12Organize regular review of company fixture and mold test tools and recognize and manage process change points. 13Timely responses, properly handle quality problems that occur during production and report material quality abnormality.14Responsible for handling a customer complaint, return of goods. SOP+6 months and track the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; 15Establish and implement process statistics and analysis, find deficiency in a timely manner or risk point relating to process capability and continuously improve the process and product quality; 16Regularly make statistics and analysis of process quality, timely prepare and report the analysis report. 17Responsible for training and verifying operator and online inspector relating to quality inspection skills; 18Responsible for expired materials test and maintain the materials status updated to prevent non-confirmed materials being used in the plant19Other duties as assigned20Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIV. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience1 to 3 years manufacturing experience or working ina QA department and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required o stand and walk for long periods. Duties include walking, standing, turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the jobProfessional Knowledge, SkillsFamiliar with manufacturing principle and technological process of glass; Familiar with systematical knowledge of IATF16949 quality management system; Familiar with supplier quality management.Familiar with requirements of quality management system (TS, ISO). Capable of on-the-spot process audit; Capable of analyzing with QC7 and corresponding charts;Capable of SPC analysis and improvementAnalyze and handle problems with statistics and analysis tools; Capable of reporting;Skilled in process audit; MSA (measurement system analysis). Familiar with all experimental items and process on the production site; Familiar with three operation instructions and corresponding judging standards on the spot.Relatively better observational ability and strain capacity; Relatively better sociable ability;Relatively better planning, organization and coordination ability; Relatively better persuasive ability; Relatively better organization ability to cope with abnormalities.
