SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Electronics Assembler

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies with precision and quality. This is a full-time,

day shift

role operating

Thursday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble and inspect electronic PCB assemblies using hand tools and manual processes. Perform soldering (lead and lead-free), rework, stuffing, and mechanical assembly. Conduct functional testing on electronic assemblies. Follow quality standards and documentation requirements. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate actively in team meetings and improvement discussions. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions in English Basic math and measurement skills Willingness to complete IPC Component Identification and Workmanship standards exams (training provided upon hire) Ability to perform basic computer data entry PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods Frequent hand/arm movement; occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) Vision requirements include close/distance vision, color recognition, depth perception, and ability to focus
