The Successful ApplicantRequired:3+ years of experience in trading support on electronic trading infrastructure at a broker-dealer, prop trading firm, or institutional trading firm.Deep understanding of equity/option market structures and the trade lifecycle in an automated execution environment.Working knowledge of FIX protocol, including order flow, drop copy, and session layer behavior.Familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms, SOR logic, and algorithmic trading infrastructure.Preferred:Exposure to smart order routing, liquidity seeking algorithms, or internal crossing engines.Experience supporting U.S. equity and options markets, including routing to major exchanges and dark pools.Experience with real-time monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, Datadog).Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to electronic trading, including SEC Rule 15c3-5 and CAT reporting.Familiar with FIextrade ColorPalette is a plus.Familiarity with order throttling, killswitches, and automated risk controls.What's on OfferOpportunity to work in the heart of the financial industry in New York.Exposure to advanced technology and dynamic trading environments.Potential to grow your skills and experience within a reputable organization.If you're excited about this opportunity as a Trading Desk Support Analyst in the business services industry and you're based in New York, we encourage you to apply!ContactKirsten BeamQuote job refJN-072025-6792403
