Job Description

Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Ideally has experience in a law firm environment. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project status and outcomes. Foster collaboration across teams to align project goals with business strategies. The Successful Applicant

A successful Information Technology Program Manager should have:

Proven experience managing IT projects in a business services environment, ideally a law firm. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management. What's on Offer
