Business Analyst IT L2 (B2C App Support)

This Business Analyst will be part of the Consumer Applications Team which manages and supports our client's websites and digital assets. This includes websites and assets that serve digital showrooms and information sources for online customers researching client's product lines. This MarTech Business Systems Analyst role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that technical design aligns with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications and to support development and implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture, document, and
translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
partnering with System Solution Architects and Technical Program Manager. Work closely with developers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to design systems that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Conduct feasibility studies
to determine the viability of proposed solutions from a technical standpoint, recommending strategies to senior management. Participate in the development, testing, and implementation phases
, ensuring the solution meets both technical and business requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation

including system requirements specifications (SRS), technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans
. Ensure that different systems and applications integrate seamlessly by working closely with vendors and internal teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect customer data in alignment with data governance policies. Required Skills and Expertise:
BA/BS or Master's Degree in marketing, management information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent working experience. 5+ years of experience working on B2C applications and marketing technologies (MarTech). Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables, charting, and databases. bility to produce technical documents like system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications. dvanced ability to develop and update technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plans. Experience integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs. Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture and implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms . Experience with customer data management platforms, data governance, and knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). bility to communicate findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and present complex technical information clearly. Experience with Agile delivery processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization, and accountability. Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Desired Skills and Expertise :
Prior experience with data visualization, data modeling or BI tools. Skilled in evaluating competitive landscapes, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging platforms and tools. Familiarity with SQL, system diagrams, Jira/Confluence, and data modeling. Understanding technical and system integration aspects across various platforms: Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Knowledgeable in Personalization Engines (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Evergage, Adobe Target, etc.) Knowledgeable in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Treasure Data, Segment, Tealium, Optimove, etc. Understanding of VoC platforms such as Medallia, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc. Knowledgeable in Chatbots and Virtual Assistants. Skilled in using analytical and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. Experience supporting loyalty systems, rewards, and recognition programs (such as Epsilon, Annex Cloud, etc.) Experience supporting zero-party data management and loyalty program integration
