Description: • The Epic Radiant Analyst II serves as a vital link between clinical or business departments and the IT function to ensure that health information systems are implemented, supported, and maintained effectively. • This role involves troubleshooting system issues, leading system upgrades or implementations, providing end-user training, and maintaining system integrity. • The analyst will collaborate across teams to enhance electronic workflows and optimize application usage, contributing to the broader organizational goals for technology-driven healthcare delivery.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting health information systems (HIS) within clinical or financial domains • Demonstrated success implementing and maintaining HIS applications in healthcare settings • Certification in relevant software modules, or ability to obtain within six months • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and customer service capabilities • Proficiency in office productivity tools and familiarity with workflow design and project tracking software • Ability to assess, document, and resolve application issues efficiently • Collaborative team approach and ability to manage tasks independently
Desired Skills: • Experience with leading electronic health record platforms • Expertise in migrating, installing, and maintaining HIS systems • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex technology projects • Familiarity with vendors and services relevant to healthcare applications • Knowledge of performance optimization and system capacity planning
Compensation: Pay Range: $90000K-$120000K
