Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: North Chicago , IL Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2 /C2C Job Type (Permanent/Contract) : Contract Qualifications & Skills: Professionally qualified in project management with a minimum of 10 years' experience. bility to manage projects from conception to successful implementation bility to work with multiple business and IT teams. Effective communicator, who is flexible and adaptable to work with global teams in adjusting to different time zones and cultures, in a dynamic and evolving environment. Proven working experience as a project and/or program administrator in the IT field Extensive experience in project management methodology, documentation, and process Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Preferred: PMP certification, PRINCE II certification, or Microsoft Project experience Key Responsibilities: Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
