12-month Contract as a W2 employee of Talent Groups. Hybrid: 3 days a week in Downtown Chicago We are seeking a motivated HR Project Manager to join our client’s multi-year transformation program focused on transitioning the workforce to align with a new global HR operating model. The PM will operate in a dynamic and growing global environment, managing a blend of project-oriented technical tasks, end-to-end project management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, technical understanding, and a history of owning complex HR or transformation-related projects. Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements: • BS or equivalent experience • Strong PM and integration skills • Experience working in large global projects with tight timelines and overlapping deployment waves • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office • PMP certification is a plus Seniority level
