The SLP works collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to help students succeed in their educational setting.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in small groups Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student communication goals Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Must hold a valid Pennsylvania certificate in Special Education - Speech and Language Impaired PK-12 or Educational Specialist for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12
