We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Home Health Aide

to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, supporting their physical, emotional, and personal needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives in a patient-focused environment and can work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, and pulse). Administer medication and provide catheter care as required. Assist with hospice care, offering emotional support and bereavement guidance. Provide care for patients with

developmental disabilities

and

brain injuries

(experience with brain injuries is required). Ensure a clean and safe living environment, following infection control protocols. Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks. Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient care and progress. Educate and support patients and families to promote independence and healthy living. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with patients with brain injuries

is required. Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to follow medical instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and safely transfer patients. Reliable transportation to and from patient homes. Current experience in patient care or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $16-18 per hour

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of our patients in their homes, and will be working directly with our nursing department to administer the proper care needed for each patient.

Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) • Driver's License (Required) • Personal Transportation (Required) • Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required) • Must be eligible to work in the United States (Required) • Experience as a Home Health Aide or Care Giver (Preferred)
