We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff members. Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing and data entry. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A friendly demeanor with a commitment to customer service.
