Our client is currently seeking a qualified
IT Support Technician (Windows 11 & Intune Tenant Migration)
to join their team
onsite
in Nashville, TN. Technicians will support the migration of devices, including PXE imaging, Autopilot deployment, user profile migration, and domain transition support.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Deploy Dell desktops via PXE and laptops via Autopilot into Intune
Migrate devices between tenants and perform full rebuilds when necessary
Assist remote users via phone with patience and clarity during Intune enrollment
Migrate user profiles, validate system compliance, and escalate edge cases
Assist with asset staging, tagging, and logging in ServiceNow (up to 60 devices)
Work with the internal team to manage INI file updates, IP/server changes, and .NET 3.5 installs for legacy apps
Escalate production-impacting legacy app issues to internal SMEs
Communicate clearly, take ownership of tasks, and complete daily assignments independently
Skills and Qualifications
:
Solid experience with Intune, Autopilot, and PXE boot deployments
Strong technical support skills across Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365
Excellent phone etiquette and patience with non-technical users
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow SOPs and document progress
Experience working in production-floor environments preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow, RingCentral, or asset tracking tools preferred
Awareness of .NET 3.5 dependencies and legacy app redirection (INI file edits) preferred
Previous deployment or migration project experience in enterprise environments preferred
Wage Range
:
The rate for this position is between
$20.25 - $36.85 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
