What You'll Do
As the
Supply Chain Manager , you'll lead strategic procurement and supply chain operations to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely delivery of medical products. You will:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of medical products to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers
Manage all procurement activities, including vendor qualification and adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standards
Oversee logistics operations, including: international shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
Maintain optimal inventory levels of products, preventing the risk of stockouts or overstock
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards, through negotiation of contracts and relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives and compliance requirements
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, delivery lead time, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
Utilize ERP system (IFS) and demand planning tools to enhance forecast accuracy and streamline operations
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support operational scalability and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical sourcing practices, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated success in supply chain or logistics management; previous experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, product traceability, and quality systems, including ISO 13485
Experience with global sourcing (preferred)
Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS preferred), Microsoft Office, and supply chain planning tools
