Set up and operate the automated and manual bending equipment.

Set up and operate the assembly cell equipment

Automated Bending

Manual Bending

Crimpers

Flare Machine

Packing

Must be capable of conducting and evaluating destructive testing along with visual checks so necessary adjustments to the set-up can be made to produce quality parts

Be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material issues

Able to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary, including effectively trouble shooting equipment issues

Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures in a manner that eliminates risk to health and the environment.

Prior machine set-up experience preferred

Good math and reading skills

Basic computer skills

Be able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments, including bevel protractor, micrometers, calipers and scales

Be able to read and interpret blueprints
