Data Entry Specialist - Quick Start

Position Summary:

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Tri-County area. This is a first-shift position with an immediate start, ideal for candidates with strong typing skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks

Support other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proven data entry experience with excellent typing speed and accuracy

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

High school diploma or equivalent required
