Role: Workday Integration Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Mode of Work: Onsite
Job Summary:
The Workday Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal or third-party systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday tools and a solid understanding of Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). Experience with converting Workday Studio to Orchestrate. Maintain and monitor integration performance and resolve errors. Ensure secure and compliant data exchange across systems. Support data migration and transformation processes. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Participate in discovery workshops and process reviews. Testing & Documentation
Conduct unit and integration testing. Document integration designs, specifications, and deployment processes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support & Maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll & Absence Integration Issues Interacting with third part vendors like Client, ADP & UKG. Provide training and support to end-users. Stay updated with Workday releases and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations. Proficiency in:
Workday Studio Workday Orchestrate EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Web Services (SOAP/REST) XML, XSLT, XTT
Experience with Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, and version control systems
