Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Geneva RSL reports and interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow and integration. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions within the Geneva platform that are aligned to business goals. Work closely with other technology teams to integrate Geneva with upstream and downstream applications. Optimize Geneva configurations and performance to enhance system efficiency. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance for Geneva, including monitoring and tuning to maintain system reliability. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and regression tests, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations. Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes related to Geneva development and support to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Geneva development, customization, and support, with deep expertise in RSL development Strong proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of Geneva's underlying data model, workflows and reporting tools. Familiarity with Geneva Portfolio Accounting and Performance Measurement, as well as investment life cycle, and multi-asset class instruments. Experience with data integration and interfaces using Geneva API, Geneva Workflow Manager, batch jobs, or similar tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
Salary Range
$100,000-$200,000 USD
