Responsibilities: Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the ICU nursing team. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of patient care. Manage unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Drive performance improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices in critical care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred) 3-5+ years of experience in a Critical Care setting (Required) Active Florida RN license (Required) BLS and ACLS certifications (Required) 2+ years of recent experience in a leadership role within a critical care unit (Required) Benefits: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
