Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that builds high-quality convection ovens? We're looking for a dedicated
Assembly Technician
to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll work with precision and pride to help assemble and finish commercial-grade ovens that are trusted across industries. Key Responsibilities
As part of our assembly line, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assembling convection ovens
using pre-assembled frames-installing bottom sheets, insulation boards, interior liners, sides, tops, and backs.
Selecting and preparing required parts
for each build.
Using pneumatic and manual tools
(along with jigs and fixtures) to fasten oven components securely and accurately.
Applying finishing touches , such as installing doors, racks, trim, and other stainless steel accessories.
Installing assembled components
and ensuring complete oven functionality.
Supporting other departments , including welding, insulating, final assembly, blending, and crating, as needed.
Reading and interpreting oven orders , identifying correct parts and specifications for each job. What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring energy, focus, and a team-player attitude to the floor. Success in this role looks like: Ability to follow clear instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
Familiarity with shop measurements and reading production documentation.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, and experience with measuring tools (e.g., voltmeters, calipers).
Commitment to maintaining a
safe, clean, and organized
work environment. ?

Pay Details:
$21.50 to $25.00 per hour
