Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join the Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) team in support of enterprise system enhancements and Customer Information System (CIS) projects. The Advisor will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving the end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and testing process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with CIS/CRM systems (preferably CCB), and a background in large-scale system implementations.

Key Responsibilities Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to support all phases of CIS implementation and enhancements Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for system changes Support testing activities, including parallel billing tests for CIS systems Establish and maintain strong communication with stakeholders and Customer Care teams Prepare and distribute communications regarding system updates and business impacts Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and support Manage multiple priorities and execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate efficient and accurate requirements gathering Basic / Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in

business analysis

or

systems analysis Proven experience with

Customer Information Systems (CIS) , preferably

CCB , and related implementation life cycles Strong knowledge of

Customer Care Operations

processes and systems Experience with

CRM applications

and enterprise system enhancements Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, consensus building, and facilitation Ability to clearly document business processes and communicate effectively across teams Preferred Qualifications CBAP Certification

or equivalent formal training in business analysis Familiarity with

TIS systems and solutions Experience working in utilities, energy, or similar regulated industries
