ReturnPro is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager to drive execution across a diverse portfolio of technology and systems initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this individual will serve as a key link between product vision, technical development, business needs, and operational delivery.

This role will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal technology teams, data and analytics, product owners, operational leaders, and external vendors. We're looking for a proactive communicator, an expert in organization and follow-through, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Primary Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of technical and cross-functional projects, from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch support. Partner with the CTO to prioritize and sequence projects aligned to strategic business objectives. Translate high-level goals into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives across agile or hybrid project frameworks. Monitor and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and potential delays-communicating proactively with stakeholders and escalating issues as needed. Serve as a liaison between technology teams and operational/business stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and report progress to leadership and stakeholders. Drive accountability across technical and business resources while fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment. Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management when external solutions or contractors are part of project execution. Ensure documentation, communication, and change management practices are embedded into every project. Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a tech-driven, operational, or logistics-focused environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches). Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-functional dependencies and evolving requirements. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills-comfortable interfacing with both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms. Familiarity with software development cycles, systems integrations, and/or infrastructure projects is a plus. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred-or equivalent experience.
