Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
with
Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent , you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences that drive the growth of our thriving insurance agency. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and genuine desire to help others make you an ideal fit for this position.
In this role, you'll not only assist clients with their needs but also collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, anticipate the needs of the community we serve, and grow your career in a supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Maintain and update accurate customer records. Support customer retention and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a positive customer experience. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Our office is located in Santa Ana . I am a proud graduate of California State University, Long Beach. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and New Agent Program Qualifier Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Vietnamese
