We are currently seeking a

Customer Account Representative

to join our growing team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and supporting account growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts

Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and urgency

Monitor account performance and assist in identifying growth opportunities

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Prepare reports on account status and customer feedback

Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Qualifications

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
