Description
We are seeking a talented, self-driven analyst or consultant to work as a Program Coordinator on programs and projects. This role will occasionally be client facing, so good communication, presentation and attention to detail is imperative. The Program Coordinator will work under other Delivery Managers, assisting in day-to-day administration of the ticketing, time-tracking, and scheduling systems. The individual will also work directly with technical consultants to ensure tasks are clearly understood and completed within the allocated time and schedule.
Key Responsibilities Lead meetings, set agendas and publish meeting notes. Review weekly timesheets for accuracy and make updates as needed. Interpret capacity backlogs or project plans; schedule resources based on project/program need. Manage incoming client request tickets. Work with consultants to triage, update tickets with notes, severity, estimated effort to resolve, etc. Report on status to Delivery Management and the client. Review client deliverables prepared by the consulting team for quality, clarity, and accuracy. Assist in the development of test scenarios and test cases with our QA team. On smaller projects this person may assist with testing. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to work independently, pursuing assigned objectives without needing close immediate supervision. Genuine interest and desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment that requires you to frequently switch tasks throughout the day. Excellent attention to detail. Highly analytical and organized. Strong meeting facilitation skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing the most critical tasks and projects. Prior consulting experience preferred, in particular an understanding of time-keeping, estimating work effort and status reporting. Prior experience with Agile software development is a bonus. Applicant will have the following skills:
Technically competent with modern workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and Power BI. Experience in lightweight project management tools such as Planner or Microsoft Project. Experience or ability to quickly pick up the ability to help manage a backlog of work in Azure DevOps, Asana, Jira or similar tool.
While this position is not a technical contributor role, it is desirable for the candidate to have some background in Microsoft technologies from one or more of the following practices:
Modern Work (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot) Business Analytics (Power BI, Fabric) Data Platform (Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory) Low Code (Power Apps, Power Automate, Nintex) Intelligent Applications (custom applications) Cloud Infrastructure (Azure)
