Summary:
Focuses on the technical functionality and maintenance aspects of health care software applications, analyzing and managing systems to ensure health initiatives are achieved. Applications include, but not be limited to Softbank, Hyland OnBase, Pyxis, Data Innovations, OBIX, Philips CareStream, Philips Capsule, Solventum (3M), MS Nuance, Computrition, GE Muse/CardioDay.
Responsibilities: * Leads the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of health care applications, requiring deep knowledge of specific systems, complex business processes, and advanced troubleshooting capabilities * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and align with business owner requirements * Works closely with healthcare stakeholders to translate needs into functional application specifications, manage system upgrades, and provide expert-level technical support * Provides guidance and coaching to analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices * Works with software vendors to address application issues and implement upgrades * Documents business user processes to support application requirement and configuration solutions * Analyzes application usage data to identify trends, optimize system performance, and generate reports to inform business decisions * Develops user acceptance testing for application * May be asked to lead projects * Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types - Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner - Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made - Greets and engages with a smile - Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards * Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc. * Performs all other duties as assigned

Skills: Essential: * Advanced computer skills
Experience: Essential: * 5 years directly related experience
Education: Essential: * Bachelors Degree in directly related field * Masters Degree in directly related field
Credentials: Essential: * Pass general background check * Certified HIPAA Professional * ITIL Foundation Certification
Essential: * Must be able to obtain certifications within 12 months of hire if not current
Working Conditions: Essential: * Mix of office/non-office settings * Works in a hospital or clinic environment * Sitting up to 100% of shift * Walking up to 25% of shift * Use computer up to 100% of shift * Must be flexible with work schedule * May work evenings, weekends or holidays * Subject to traveling and working at other locations or in other environments * Pass pre-employment drug test
