\t IT Program Manager
Duties:
\t Lead and manage enterprise-wide implementations of finance and sales systems (SFDC, SAP, Tableau)
\t
Drive process improvements and system integrations across sales and finance operations
\t
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple concurrent initiatives
\t
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
\t
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring business continuity
\t
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and ROI metrics
\t
Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive updates
\t
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Skills:
\t 8 plus years program management experience in finance/sales systems implementations
\t
Strong expertise in SFDC, SAP, and Tableau; experience with system integrations
\t
Proficient in project management tools (Asana, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
\t
Demonstrated ability to manage large scale transformation and complex, multi-workstream projects
\t
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
\t
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
\t
Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
\t
Knowledge of financial processes and sales operations
\t
Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects
\t
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Education:
\t Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
\t
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
\t
SFDC or SAP certifications a plus
\t
Must be available to work 3 days per week in SF Bay Area office
Pay Range: $80 - $85
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
